During the actual consignment, it's helpful to your sales effort to know who
has expressed an interest in specific entries. Of course, you can get a general
idea by sifting through your show cards. In less time, you can generate
detailed reports that recap who is interested in your entries, when they viewed
them and importantly, those that have viewed the entry more than once.
Entering the viewings is a quick and simple process. The program provides
"All Show" buttons to speed the process even more! You can do a complete all
show, an all show by sex (fillies, colts, etc.) or an all show by type
(yearlings, broodmares, etc.). You just enter the Hip#, customer and any notes
(scope, x-ray, etc.). Once a customer is entered into the system, you can pick
them from the list instead of re-typing the full name. After all the viewings
have been entered, just print the reports.

VIEWING REPORTS
You have several options in printing the viewings reports. All the report
follow the same general format as the samples below.
- Summary information, which provides a total count for each hip.
- Detail information (a list of the actual lookers) with all hips on the same
page.
- Detail information with each hip on a separate page; this makes it easy to
provide the report to the owners of the hip.
- Detail information for one specific hip; this allows you to quickly serve
your clients.
- Detail information for all customers that have looked at a hip more than
once; very helpful information before entering the sales ring.
- Detail information for hips that have special notes or vet information
entered.

The program also generates a helpful report that provides a running total of
sales prices for each customer's consignment and a report that provides running
total of sales prices and commissions for your entire consignment.
