| Q: |
Which other consignors are using your program? |
| A: |
While we can't list our customers on this web site, we can tell you that we have consignors of all sizes that use our program. If you would like to discuss the program with a current user, just call or send an e-mail and we'll be glad to provide a list of appropriate referrals. Here are a few statistics from the January 6, 2001 issue of the Thoroughbred Times. In 2000, our customers sold:
- Over 2,000 yearlings totaling over $110,000,000.
- Over 270 weanlings totaling over $20,250,000.
- Over 500 broodmares totaling over $64,800,000.

| Q: |
We often offer our clients special deals on commissions.
Will this program work for us? |
| A: |
Yes, this program is geared to the consignors that offer different rates to
their special clients. There are several different ways the program will
calculate special deals:
- You can set a special rate for all horses that a client consigns with you.
Once you've entered the special rate in the database, it's there until you
change it, even for a new sale. No more mental or yellow sticky notes to remind
you!
- You can enter a special rate for a particular horse. If the horse is owned
by more than one party, you can even charge different commissions to each
owner.
- You can rely on the Commission Scale Report to calculate your sliding scale
commissions. This will keep a running total of the dollar amount a client has
consigned with you and provide you with the breaks in commission level.

| Q: |
Many of the horses we consign are owned by more than one
person, does that matter? |
| A: |
This program is designed to make your life easier! There is no limitation to
the number of owners for each horse. Once you enter the percentage ownership
for each owner, the program will do the rest of the work in calculating each
owner's share of commission and expenses. |
| |
| Q: |
We often move horses from one sale to another, is that
easy to do? |
| A: |
With a simple click of the mouse, you can move a horse into another sale.
Once this is done, all the reports will be upgraded. No more cutting and pasting
or re-sorting in an Excel spreadsheet. |

| Q: |
Why do I need Access in addition to your program? |
| A: |
Many consignors want to put the program on a laptop for use at the sale and
still have the ability to continue working at the office. Also, consignors may
want to use the information in the program to create more custom reports. This
flexibility would be difficult to attain without Access. |
| |
| Q: |
Can more than one person use the program at a time? |
| A: |
The program is designed to be flexible enough so you can install it on a
single workstation, a peer to peer network or a file server. You will find
installation instructions for different configurations by clicking the button
labeled "Purchase". The cost of the software is the licensing fee for your entire
organization. (You will need Microsoft Access license(s) for each
workstation.) |
