Product Support We understand how important product support is, especially when you're stuck. We use technology from LogMeInRescue to see your screen and answer your question quickly so you can move on to your next task. When you purchase any product from us, 30 days of unlimited technical support is included. After that, technical support is charged on a per-incident basis at the following rates:
Number of Incidents in 12 month period (from 1st call)
1-3: $35 each 4-6: $30 each 7+: $25 each
Training is also offered at a rate of $75 per hour with a minimum charge of $35.
Support Turnaround Most technical support calls are returned within 24 hours, many on the same day. There are rare occasions where we are out of the office for an extended time and technical support is not available, e.g. the week of Christmas. Please see the Contact Us page for our office hours for the current week.
Knowledge Base & Message Board You may also search or post a question on our message board. This is a great way to communicate with other users of our products and resolve issues outside of regular office hours.
